This is a question for the Cubase help forum. I just bought an UR22 and I am having problems activating my Cubase AI. The License Manager is saying my license key has already been used. A freind lent me his license key from the UR12 which I am trying to use. When I activate using the UR12 key it says \"Activation code was incorrect or used once\" and doesn't allow me to activate. When I activate with the UR22 key it says \"This license key has already been used\". It says I may try to calculate a new key using the email address I used to sign up for the UR22 but it says my email address is invalid. I just want to stop using the UR12 and use my UR22 and Cubase LE5. The UR12 key is no longer registered and I am not trying to activate the UR22 in the wrong way.
i have just got the UR22, an upgrade to the UR12, and i have a cubase LE5 licence. I want to activate my UR22.but i can't because I only received an activation code with my UR12. So how can i proceed to activate it?
I want to use the cubase folder that came with a first ur. I just downloaded the second and on the box it asks to register it. On the Ur22 it says I already activate it and I am unable to remove it. I don’t have an account with AKA and I don’t want to pay for cubase just to download. I deactivated on the first one and I forgot how to remove the second one. What do i do?
And you say that you created a serial number for the Cubase LE? Not a serial number for the Essential or Sequel (which you bought from us)? You did it for Cubase Elements? And that is the problem, you don't have one
Got some time? Not that I am willing to solve your problem and find your serial number for the irrelevant Essential and Sequel versions, but the Cubase LAu could maybe help you. Go to the FAQ / FAQs / What's new and download the 2.01 manual 7211a4ac4a
