A abertura da agenda cultural do mês de julho da Fundação do Livro e Leitura de Ribeirão Preto foi marcada por mais um encontro do Sarau do Grupo de Médicos Escritores e Amigos Dr. Carlos Roberto Caliento, no dia 3 de julho.
O encontro teve a participação dos entusiastas da cultura, especialmente da literatura, recebendo músicos e artistas de todas as áreas. “Somos o único grupo da cidade que se dedica principalmente à literatura. Apoiamos muitas pessoas que começaram a escrever sem experiência anterior, assim como aqueles que ampliaram seu hábito de leitura", destacou o coordenador do grupo e médico escritor, Nelson Jacintho. Para ele, a singularidade do grupo de Ribeirão Preto é uma das suas principais características.
