Entre os dias 23 e 25 de abril, as cidades de Guará e São Joaquim da Barra receberam o projeto “Educando para o Futuro”, uma iniciativa da Fundação do Livro e Leitura de Ribeirão Preto em parceria com a Usina Alta Mogiana. Três escolas da região foram contempladas com contações de histórias baseadas nos 17 Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da ONU, apresentadas pelo G.U.T.E. (Grupo Urutau de Teatro Experimental).
Marcela Barbosa, contadora de histórias do grupo e responsável pela coordenação das atividades, explicou que a proposta buscou sensibilizar os alunos para a importância das ODS por meio da narração de histórias. “Cidadania, igualdade de gênero, saúde e bem-estar tiveram uma abordagem mais enfática, de acordo com a escolha de cada escola”, explicou.
Para envolver o público infantil, a apresentação utilizou uma abordagem lúdica, com personagens viajantes do tempo que conduziam uma narrativa cômica e educativa. “As crianças já conhecem os temas, já vivenciam, então assimilaram ainda mais cada ponto expressado”, destacou Marcela.
